EVENT CANCELLED

Race open to 15yrs and over, same race for all entrants
Cost £20 per solo competitor and £45 for a team entry
400m swim (24 lengths), 10 Mile Cycle and 2.5 Mile Run
Entry includes a finisher medal and goodie bag
Team can be 2 or 3 competitors
No entry on the day
Helmets must be worn, no Helmet no race
Refreshments & Home baking will be available throughout the event for all (small donation)

10.00 am – 10.45 am Registration at Isle of Mull Hotel Swimming Pool

10.45am – Race Brief ALL Competitors Poolside

11.00am – 1pm Swim Heats

1.15pm Cycle & Run Starts (Staggered Start times)

2.30 – 2.45pm Prize Giving in Pool Carpark
